Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By connecting an account to or otherwise using CreatorCastHub (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

CreatorCastHub is a content publishing management tool that integrates with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. It allows the operator to store videos, generate AI-assisted drafts (title, description, hashtags), review and approve them, and schedule and publish approved content to the operator’s own accounts through each platform’s official API. A human approval step is required before any content is published.

3. Eligibility & your responsibilities

• You may connect and publish only to social media accounts and channels that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to that content.
• You must comply with the terms and policies of each connected platform, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Meta Platform Terms, and the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: publish to accounts you do not own; send spam or duplicative bulk content that violates platform policies; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; or attempt to bypass platform rate limits or security. The Service does not provide auto-follow, auto-like, auto-comment, or mass-messaging features.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service relies on APIs provided by third parties (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, OpenAI). Their availability, rate limits, and policies are outside our control and may change. Your use of each platform is also governed by that platform’s own terms.

6. Intellectual property & trademarks

“Instagram”, “TikTok”, “YouTube”, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced only to describe integrations. CreatorCastHub is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any post will be published, ranked, monetized, or classified in any particular way by a platform (for example, whether a video is treated as a Short).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of CreatorCastHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or account access arising from use of the Service or from platform actions.

9. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the operator’s location in Japan.
