What does CreatorCastHub do?

It is a content publishing management tool. It stores your videos, generates AI-assisted drafts, lets you review and approve them, and then schedules and publishes the approved content to your own Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts through each platform’s official API.

Does it post automatically without my approval?

No. AI only creates drafts. A human approval step is required before anything is published. Content stays as “Pending” until you set it to “Approved”.

Which accounts can it post to?

Only accounts and channels that you personally own and connect. It never posts to third-party accounts.

What data do you store?

Encrypted OAuth access/refresh tokens, your channel/account IDs and names, and a private history of posts and errors. See the Privacy Policy.

Do you share or sell my data?

No. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. The only processors are the AI provider used to generate drafts and the hosting infrastructure that runs the app.

How do I disconnect or delete my data?

Disconnect inside the app, revoke access at the platform (for Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions), or email contact@creatorcasthub.com. See Data Deletion.

Is CreatorCastHub affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube?

No. It is an independent tool operated by an individual developer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, TikTok, or Google. It only integrates with their official APIs.

Does it guarantee my video becomes a Short, or gets monetized?

No. Classification, ranking, and monetization are decided by each platform and are outside our control.
