Data Deletion & Account Disconnection
Last updated: July 22, 2026
You are always in control of your data. There are three ways to remove your data from CreatorCastHub.
Option 1 — Disconnect inside the app
Open the app dashboard, go to the connected channel, and choose Disconnect / Remove. This immediately invalidates and deletes the stored access and refresh tokens for that account.
Option 2 — Revoke access at the platform
- Google / YouTube: Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, select CreatorCastHub, and choose “Remove access”.
- Instagram / Meta: In Facebook/Instagram settings, open “Business Integrations” / “Apps and Websites”, select CreatorCastHub, and remove it.
- TikTok: In your TikTok account settings, open “Security & permissions” → “Manage app permissions”, and remove CreatorCastHub.
Option 3 — Request full deletion by email
Email contact@creatorcasthub.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and tell us which connected account(s) to remove. We will:
- Invalidate and delete all stored access/refresh tokens for the account(s);
- Delete stored channel identifiers, post history, and error logs associated with the account(s);
- Confirm completion by email.
We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Note that content already published to a platform must be removed on that platform itself; deletion here removes the data CreatorCastHub stored, not posts already live on your accounts.
What gets deleted: OAuth access/refresh tokens, channel/account IDs and names stored by the app, and the post/error history in your management records associated with the disconnected account.
