Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 22, 2026 · Last updated: July 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CreatorCastHub (“we”, “our”, “the app”), a content publishing management tool operated by an individual developer, accesses, uses, stores, and deletes information when you connect your own social media accounts. CreatorCastHub is a single-operator tool: it is used to manage and publish content to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Pinterest accounts and channels that the operator personally owns and manages.

Summary: CreatorCastHub only accesses your own accounts, only to draft and publish content that you have reviewed and approved. We do not sell your data, do not share it with third parties for advertising, and store access tokens in encrypted form. You can disconnect and request deletion at any time.

1. Who we are & how to contact us

CreatorCastHub is operated by an individual developer. For any privacy request, question, or data-deletion request, contact us at:

2. What CreatorCastHub does

CreatorCastHub lets its operator: (a) store videos in their own Google Drive; (b) use an AI assistant to draft a title, description, and hashtags; (c) review and edit those drafts; (d) approve content manually; and (e) schedule and publish the approved content to the operator’s own Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts through each platform’s official API. No content is ever published without an explicit human approval step.

3. Information we access and why

4. AI processing of video metadata

To draft a title, description, and hashtags, information derived from your video (such as a text description of its content) is sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) for processing. This is used only to generate suggestions that you then review and edit. We do not use this to build advertising profiles, and the drafts are not shared with any other party.

5. How we use information

We do not use your information for advertising, do not sell it, and do not publish to accounts you do not own.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers strictly required to operate the app: the AI provider (OpenAI) for draft generation, and the hosting/server infrastructure on which the app runs. Each processes data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.
